Commissioner Guide

1. Open the site and choose More → Admin, or go straight to /admin.
2. Type your town's password. You land on the Scores tab with only your town's games listed, and the badge in the corner names your town.
3. Done for the day? Tap Sign out.

You cannot see or change another town's games, the schedule, the teams or anything else in the admin — that is on purpose, so nobody has to worry about an accidental click.

1. On the Scores tab, find the game. The default view is Needs score; switch to All games to correct a score you already entered.
2. Type the away score and the home score, then press Enter (or tap Save).
3. The scoreboard, the standings and the team pages update on their own within a minute.

Only games with a team from your town appear. If a game you expect is missing, the league admin may not have set that team's Town yet — ask them to check the Teams tab.

If both towns enter the same game, the last save wins. Talk to the other commissioner before changing a score they entered.

Want families following from home to see the score as it happens? On the Scores tab, tap Live next to an unplayed game to open the scorer's-table page on your phone. Tap Go LIVE, then +1 / +2 / +3 for each basket, ▶ to move to the next period, and ✓ FINAL at the end — that final score is entered for you. The home page shows a "Live now" strip and the game page updates within a second. If you'd rather just type the final score afterwards, do that instead; both work.

The Volunteers tab manages the sign-up board parents see at /volunteers.

• Generate from the schedule creates one shift per game per job for a date range — usually the coming Saturday or two. Tick the jobs you need and how many people each needs. Running it again after a schedule change is safe: existing shifts keep their sign-ups.
• Edit / Delete / + Add shift for one-offs.
• Who signed up shows names, emails and phones for the league only. Parents' contact details never appear on the website — the board shows a first name and last initial.
• Send families to /volunteers. No account needed; they leave a name and a way to reach them.

Contact the league (see the Contact page). Every score entry is logged, so a mistaken save is easy to trace and fix.
